Meet the BMW X3 Mzansi Edition

The BMW X3 has been built to tackle some rough terrain and winding gravel tracks, but the new Mzansi edition promises to be a lot more athletic and sportier than the standard model.  So, what will this new Mzansi edition have to offer, well for starters it will come equipped with xDrive intelligent all-wheel drive as standard. Engine-wise, it will get powered by the same four-cylinder turbodiesel engine found in the BMW X3 xDrive20d model. It produces 140kW of power and 400 Nm of torque and can cover the 0 to 100km/h sprint in just 8.0 seconds. It will come standard with an unchanged eight-speed Steptronic transmission.

Outside, the Mzansi edition will benefit from a range of accessories including an M Sport package. It will feature M carbon wing mirror caps, Red M Sport brake callipers, a sporty rear wing spoiler finished in high-gloss black as well as black chrome tailpipe accents, and a black high-gloss rear diffuser. The interior will be available in five colours too and will come standard with a fully electrically operated tow hitch. Other interior features will include a panorama glass sunroof, ambient lighting, BMW Live Cockpit Professional, and wireless charging.
