Hyundai reveals its new Tucson N Line

Hyundai has recently revealed that they will be giving their Tucson models the N treatment. The Tucson N range will be joining the Kona N, in what seems to be in Hyundai’s pursuit to make sports-orientated SUV’s. As it appears the Tucson N will have sportier styling than its Kona N sibling.

The Tucson N will stand out from its standard range as it gets taller in size and comes featured with a wider grille, new bumpers, air intakes, and black detailing. The Tucson N will ride on 19-inch alloys and come with bulging exhaust pipes at the rear. As far as dynamics go, Hyundai’s engineers have reprogrammed the optional adaptive dampers making for a more exciting drive. The Tucson N will be finished in exclusive Shadow Gray paint and will come available with the optional Phantom Black roof.

The cabin of the Tucson N also gets a sportier appeal, featuring red stitching throughout the N sports seats, center console, steering wheel, and doors. Other features in the Tucson N will come with a digital dashboard, a 10.25-inch infotainment display, automatic high beams, forward collision warning, and standard Apple CarPlay and Android

In terms of engines, the Tucson N Line will get a turbocharged 1.6-litre petrol engine with or without mild-hybrid technology. As for a release date and price tag, very little is known. But we do hope that Tucson N will brace the shores of South Africa.
