The Volkswagen Amarok , it's in a very tough market looking at what it's competitors have out there on the market . None the less this doesn't mean that you should overlook it when purchasing a Double Cab in this segment.

The Volkswagen Amarok came into this market with a very bold approach by means of basically introducing technology with these Double Cabs . Before this car came out you wouldn't care about what the car has but what the car can do off-road . Now the interesting part is the fact that it's not everyday that you will go Off-roading now that basically means you will need a car which you can live with on a day to day basis and something that won't make you feel uncomfortable but indeed make you feel comfortable , and in my view this Volkswagen Amarok is up there in that segment .

When it comes to Off-roading it's not the best nor is it the worst but it gets the job done quite well . One thing I noticed about this car when I stepped into it for the first time is that it's a really big car and you feel how big it is which for me is something good because you buying a Double Cab and you want to feel big as if you literally own the streets you travel on and this car does that absolutely amazing . The steering feel isn't heavy as you would expect but it's actually quite light making the car very practical .

This car is by far class leading when it comes to cabin space because it's huge inside . Now question is will you feel more comfortable in any other bakkie either than this , my answer is no , I don't think so . Volkswagen has worked wonders into making this Bakkie feel more car like .

Final words if you have the money and you know you not going to tackle Off-roading anytime soon in your life then I say why not consider this car .
