The new Aston Martin Victor, a manual masterpiece

I am sure you read the title and wondered to yourself, did I just read the word ‘manual’. Well, I am here to tell you that in fact, you did, as the new Aston Martin Victor will be in manual transmission. To make things even more interesting, it will come with a 7.3-litre V12 engine.

The new Aston Martin Victor is a whole new design that was inspired by the classic V-8 Vantage from the company’s Q customization shop. It was built atop a One-77 chassis that uses bits of Vulcan. The 7.3-litre V12 engine generates 836 horsepower (623kW) and 821Nm of torque. This is all shockingly powered by a six-speed manual gearbox, making this the most powerful manual-equipped Aston Martin ever made.

Now all this power under a manual gearbox can seem a bit intimidating, but there’s no need to worry as The Victor comes with huge Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes and racecar-esque center-lock wheels at the end, to help you cope.

The headlights are inspired by those seen on Valkyrie, while inside you will find a steering wheel that looks like it was stolen straight from the Vulcan programme. The exterior paint does resemble that of a classic British sports car, as it comes in a dark shade called Pentland Green, which is contrasted with satin carbon fiber.

How much will the Aston Martin Victor cost you? Nobody knows yet, there is no price tag attached to the car as the Victor was made once-off and collectors will have their eyes set on it.
