Looking for something big and stylish, the new Nissan Patrol has you covered
The latest redesigned Nissan Patrol has finally arrived in South Africa, a SUV that is both luxurious and massive. The new Patrol does not only offer its customers a higher level of comfortability but it also gives them the latest technology that Nissan has to offer.
Now make no mistake, the new Patrol may look like a high-end classy job but that does not mean it is not capable of packing in some power. As it offers a 5.6-litre V8 engine that boasts 298kW of power, and 560Nm of torque.
Some key changes to the exterior of the new Patrol, is most notably the front which comes with the new Nissan V-motion grille, the boomerang-shaped LED headlights, and the revised grille highlights. At the rear, we have new taillights which also has the same boomerang shape, which will be integrated along with a large chrome nameplate and sequential rear turn indicators. The new Patrol gets around on 18-inch alloy wheels.
When you think of what the interior of the new Patrol would look like, the first thing that will pop up in your head is ‘first-class’ as it comes with new diamond-stitch quilted leather seats, a 13-speaker Bose premium sound system, a multi-screen DVD entertainment system, independent wireless headphones, and an 8-inch rear-seat entertainment screen.
To top this off, the new Patrol is equipped with the latest technology that Nissan has to offer and that is the Nissan Intelligent Mobility, which includes driver assistance technology that will help you see and sense more on the road. At the front of the SUV, passengers are able to operate the 8-inch colour screen by their fingertips, as well as be able to enter and start the vehicle without the use of a key.
The new Nissan Patrol has a starting price of R1 515 700.
